Nope! We have a dumbbell only option, which you can easily progress in as long as you have weights heavy enough to challenge you.

You’ll receive 4 training days. Upper and Lower split with lower body focused variations that give you enough rest and recovery in between
You will receive the same workouts for a 4-6 week block (depending on at home vs gym) to ensure progressive overload in those movements. However, the rep ranges will vary on the At Home and Gym programs to consider progression and fatigue.
