Ashley S: Having a support system while being 12 lbs down!

Ashley initially joined Lift Lab Coaching with limited knowledge about nutrition. Despite working out 7 times a week, she lacked a support system to propel her towards her goals.

Currently, she has successfully shed 12 pounds and is experiencing heightened self-assurance in her strength capabilities. This transformation has been facilitated by her commitment to 3-4 home workouts weekly, alongside her newfound confidence in effectively tracking her macros. As part of her journey, we are guiding Ashley towards intuitive eating principles while also enhancing her understanding of strength training techniques.

Haylee: Achieving food freedom on vacation for the FIRST time

Haylee joined the Lift Lab with the primary objective of achieving body toning and recomposition. Prior to enrolling in the program, Haylee was well-versed in tracking macros and had undertaken various phases of reverse dieting and cutting on her own. Despite her efforts, these endeavors failed to yield the desired results, leading to a decline in her relationship with food and her body. Concurrently, Haylee felt less confident in her familiarity with strength training, often finding her workout routines falling short of her expectations.

Over the course of six months, Haylee has undergone a transformative journey with us. She has not only adopted intuitive eating practices free from fear but has also mastered advanced strength training techniques. As a result, she is witnessing positive shifts in her mental well-being, body image, physical composition, and overall happiness.

When Gabby first stepped into Lift Lab, the path ahead was shrouded in uncertainty. Her past battle with an eating disorder cast a daunting shadow over her prospects for progress and growth, both physically and mentally.

Guided by the unwavering support of our intuitive eating specialist coach, Clare, Gabby's transformation has been nothing short of awe-inspiring. With Clare's expert guidance, Gabby confronted and overcame multiple health milestones. Through a personalized nutrition regimen carefully curated to suit her needs, Gabby experienced a breakthrough that transcended the need for meticulous macro tracking. Molly K: Dips BELOW her weight as a college athlete

Molly came to Lift Lab Coaching with the intent of losing body fat and looking more toned and defined in her own skin.



We did just that! With over 15 lbs lost, Molly has completely transformed her physique and revealed muscles that she never thought she had before.



All while in her calorie deficit Molly also increased her skills and lifts within

My strength has super duper increased. I’ve broken through all my maxes. My front squat increased from 170 to 180. My bench max increased from 120 to 125. My back squat increased from 205 to 220. I’ve been so happy with it. My power and intention behind my lifts have been good.My understanding of health has definitely changed. I think in the most positive way. I used to be so scared to consume sugar or eat carbs and I didn’t even realize I was scared. I just was unintentionally avoiding it all like the plague LOL. But now I think I have a much healthier relationship with all foods and awareness. I’m still continually learning what foods carry what kind of nutritional value. I’m still learning all the different ways to track foods so I’m still gaining knowledge on that.

Dani M: Losing weight WHILE moving cross continent

Dani approached Lift Lab Coaching with the aspiration of achieving her fat loss objective. In her previous attempts to reach this goal, she had restricted her daily calorie intake to approximately 1600 calories, which proved to be challenging and difficult to maintain.

During our fat loss phase, we adopted a gradual approach by emphasizing the importance of adhering to her maintenance calorie level and considering her high energy expenditure. Daniella is currently consuming 2050 calories, and she has successfully shed nearly 20 pounds following this dietary plan.

In an exciting development, Daniella relocated to Spain in early February 🇪🇸. During her transition, we provided valuable support to ensure she remained consistent and focused on her fitness goals. This involved meticulous planning of her travel schedule and meals, as well as incorporating a de-load week to help her adjust to the time change.

At present, we are in the process of reverse dieting Dani to gradually bring her calorie intake back to her maintenance level while building muscle mass again.

From Dani herself...

I think I have learned that this is a lifestyle change, and once that clicks, it becomes easier to continue. I also have learned more about intuitive eating and that it's okay to not be 100% consistent. That even if I allow myself a day of untracking it won't ruin my progress. I think the biggest thing is also knowing what to order when eating out. Making sure to have fruits and veggies and always choose high-protein foods. I now have the education for what to put in my body and feel more comfortable knowing I can make better decisions.
