Upon completing multiple experiences in chemical and cancer research, I realized just how much I truly loved learning about science and especially wanted to integrate it into my forever passion in the health & fitness realm.
As a result, I decided to start pursuing my certifications in personal training and nutrition and I worked closely on research related to radioactive mechanisms and fibroblast activation proteins while conducting undergraduate labs, and working part-time on my as an online coach and personal trainer.
Upon completing my chemistry degree and multiple certifications, I continue to live out my dream and passion of helping women finally build the lifestyle of their dreams. Lift Lab Coaching will forever be a place for women to find their true health journey and break through past beliefs about their capabilities

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, specializing in mindset around body image, food relationships, gut health, and hormone health. As an Assistant Coach, I am dedicated to helping women achieve their fitness goals while prioritizing their overall wellbeing and holistic health.
🚀 In my role, I will assist clients in practicing balance and finding food freedom, ensuring they can maintain a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. My approach includes optimizing hormones, metabolism, and gut health, guiding women deeply into their fitness journeys.
My personal fitness story includes overcoming a four-year battle with an eating disorder, which led me to embrace fitness and nutrition as a way to treat my body with love and care. This journey helped me develop a healthy relationship with food and fitness.
🌟 Beyond coaching, I am also an artist who loves to express creativity through drawings and paintings. I am passionate about world travel and have visited 15 countries, including a six-month solo trip to Europe while working remotely.

As a Client Success Specialist and VA, I'm all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes! My main focus includes outreach to women who may benefit from our services. I'm here to make sure everything's on point. You'll also find me diving into messages, sparking discussions in our Facebook group, and getting creative with content for our social media!
Additionally, I aim to provide exceptional support to our clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience as they embark on their health and fitness journey with us.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about serving others and enjoy spending time in the countryside, where I volunteer and expand my ministry. Anddd! I find solace in nature – I'm a mountain girl at heart, always up for an adventure-filled hike or exploring nature's wonders! Oh, and I'm absolutely obsessed with catching breathtaking sunrises and sunsets whenever I get the chance!
